In conjunction with the 61st birthday celebration of Sabah’s Head of State His Excellency Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Haji Juhar Bin Haji Mahiruddin, we presented a special 50kg handcrafted cake at the State Palace this morning.
Chef Prichard Ligadu, Pastry Chef of The Magellan Sutera Resort created a new fruit cake recipe using mixed local fruits. He and his team took a week to complete the 30inch x 46inch masterpiece that showcased a musical theme comes with a drum set made of edible icing sugar. The cake was inspired by His Excellency Tun Juhar’s passion for music.
On that note, all of us from Sutera Harbour Resort would like to take this opportunity to wish our Head of State, Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Haji Juhur Haji Mahiruddin a very ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY’ on this momentous occassion.
